The Political analyst and Head of Department of Political Science-University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), Dr Benson Bana has said Tanzania’s political parties should be conducting rallies which have benefit to Tanzanians.

“Political parties must ask themselves marches they conduct have what to add in the society. Tanzanians want to hear how their challenges can be resolved through those rallies.” Dr Bana insisted.
The Political commentator, Dr Bana made a point when he was speaking to Mlimani TV in exclusive interview at the University of Dar es Salaam yesterday.
He insisted any political party must be responsible in controlling its members and followers from unnecessary rallies hence delaying development efforts.
“Let us focus on the core of the problem, health, education and economic challenges and come up with the right solutions not protesting without make the right answer.”
