According to the information revealed this morning by CHADEMA Communication Officer, Tumaini Makene said CHADEMA has written a letter to the Committee’s Chairman to inform him that the opposition party is not ready to discuss anything with the Committee because has been formed against the law.

CHADEMA Communication Officer, Tumaini Makene (2Nd from L), when he was speaking in Singida about to be called for Ubungo Province MP, John Mnyika by Singida Police to be interviewed on the death of Ndago UVCCM Chairman, this was in July, 2012. CHADEMA has continued to insist on the formation of Judicial Commission to investigate on the source of deaths reported.
“Also has been formed by someone who basic principles of good governance force him to resign or dismissed, making a way for an independent investigation into the killings committed by the police who are accountable to him as the Minister of Home Affairs.” Makene says.
Makene said CHADEMA continues to insist on the recommendations given by the Executive Committee meeting that all government and Police force officers responsible for the killings happened have to be dismissed as soon as possible.
“In the letter of response CHADEMA has attached the letter of 10Th September, 2012 to the President which will give the Committee the party’s wide stand on the issue.”
CHADEMA said will give cooperation to the Commission which will be formed according to law and called upon the President to form a judicial Commission which will come up with the exactly sources of the killings which have been happening in different CHADEMA meetings around the country.
