According to the information revealed this morning by CHADEMA Communication Officer, Tumaini Makene said CHADEMA has written a letter to the Committee’s Chairman to inform him that the opposition party is not ready to discuss anything with the Committee because has been formed against the law.

Chairman, this was in July, 2012. CHADEMA has continued to insist on the
formation of Judicial Commission to investigate on the source of deaths
reported.
Makene said CHADEMA continues to insist on the recommendations given by the Executive Committee meeting that all government and Police force officers responsible for the killings happened have to be dismissed as soon as possible.
“In the letter of response CHADEMA has attached the letter of 10Th September, 2012 to the President which will give the Committee the party’s wide stand on the issue.”
CHADEMA said will give cooperation to the Commission which will be formed according to law and called upon the President to form a judicial Commission which will come up with the exactly sources of the killings which have been happening in different CHADEMA meetings around the country.
